Gather Your Records
Bring any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI) and a list of current medications. If you have records from a previous joint replacement, bring those too.
Meet Dr. Fox
At your consultation, Dr. Fox will review your history, examine your joint, and walk you through all your options — with no pressure and no rush.

What to Bring to Your Consultation
Coming prepared helps Dr. Fox give you the most thorough evaluation possible and make the best use of your appointment time.
- Photo ID and insurance card(s)
- List of current medications and dosages
- Any relevant X-rays, MRI, or CT scans (on disc or digital)
- Records from previous joint surgeries, if applicable
- A list of your questions for Dr. Fox
- A family member or trusted friend (recommended)
- Completed new patient forms (available on the OrthoGeorgia website)

Free parking is available at all OrthoGeorgia locations. Accessible parking spaces are located near the main entrance.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete any remaining paperwork and check in with the front desk.
